I just discovered something that has me excited.
One of the things that bothers me about the Fire tablets is that the font choices are few and very thin. I installed AL Reader from 1 mobile market and after scanning for my library, it works with my amazon books!(all but one book in my Kindle library)I can live with that. I can now have my bold font and background of choice without having to download books to my computer and remove drm.
Just thought I'd pass that along incase anyone else is interested. The app even has an eink mode that looks a lot like my paperwhite. I am so happy at the moment. I have customized the tap zones and it is just about perfect.
