Thanks sharphamster! How was Greenlight Books to deal with? Did they send you the first HD directly or did it still come from Kobo? And do I understand correctly that when you had problems you ended up dealing directly with Kobo rather than Greenlight Books?

Is there an advantage to ordering from an indie bookseller like Greenlight rather than Kobo or vice versa?
