It's supposed to be published by Bell Bridge Books according to her site. Maybe the publisher pulled it temporarily due to some kind of errors at Kobo? They don't even list it on their site, the only title they list for her is Lord of the Storm. I did find a link to it on Kobo by using Google, but it leads to a 404 error page. It's still listed on the
Japanese Rakuten/Kobo store. I notice on the authors site she has links to pretty much everywhere but Kobo for this particular book (so it seems a Kobo specific issue with this title).
