If you buy direct from Kobo you have 30 days to return it for whatever reason you like but it's not as simple or straightforward as Amazon. From what they've told me you have to contact them then wait to be given postage instructions. You have to pay the postage and only get refunded once they receive back and process the return.
It took me three emails just to get those details from them in writing
