With one of my first PW1s, I ended up in India. I recall being on the phone with them for almost 2 hours, being thrown around between different reps. I don't even remember what the issue was any more, but it was a very nasty experience. Luckily, this was the only time, and service has been top notch every other time. I posted about it somewhere in one of the PW1 threads.

BTW, I did not know you can request to speak to a US rep.
