I love Amazon, and practically live my life there, but when I called during normal business hours PST, asked for and got a US rep on, she was like "meh, so?". I told her nicely what was going on and she didn't even care. Period. I didn't even get an email from her to get feedback, and that's a good thing. Her response, in addition to my PW1 issues, is what made me look seriously at Kobos this time around. I'm still kinda stunned by her response.
