Odd. I find the closure on mine works well enough and I haven't had it turn on unexpectedly in my laptop bag. The back is a bit oddly shaped but it matches the shape of the H2O's back for a snug fit and maintains the shape of the H2O's back which I find comfortable to hold.

The only issue I have is that I often fold the front cover over when I am reading and I'm not certain as to how well that portion of the case is going to last.
