Gee that's interesting Bilal, I've never noticed because I only download the epub and immediately import that into Calibre.

On the odd occasion that I've gotten a kepub I've either gotten a refund or can now use the [deleted] plugin (which I would do immediately on purchase).

So, I've never gone looking for books in Kobo Desktop.
