Called them on Sept 30th after I was charged on the 29th (I pre-ordered on Sept 20th). No tracking info was available. They suggested it may ship on October 1st. Called Oct 2nd after not getting any info. Still had not shipped. Suggested I call back today October 6th.
Called today. Was put on hold a lot for various short periods of time. But I finally got a tracking number. I track the package. Estimated delivery is today, looks like Canada post had it on Oct. 1st. And it was 'processed' on the 2nd.
The upside is it's out for delivery today.
For the record I still have not had a tracking number emailed to me save from the CS call I made. Meaning had I not called I'd have gotten my H20 before the tracking number (assuming it is actually delivered today, that's up to USPS). From what others have said this is typical of Kobo though it's unclear if it's entirely on them or if it's an issue with the Canadian post.
If you do not yet have a tracking number I would suggest calling them, I haven't had to wait long the last two times I called (from 11-1pm EST).
Very much looking forward to unboxing my H20.
