Also, the software improvements are not worth it; I'm of the opinion that they're useless frills, such as more GoodReads, WordWise, etc... The most important improvement, such as font customization was not added. I'd only buy the new Kindle for the hardware improvements.
To be honest, at this point in time, there is no reader on the market that I really like. Most of them have either software issues (Kobo, with its space wasting layout), or hardware issues (readers I like, but without front lights, for example). I use the Kindle Paperwhite because it does its job and basically is the least bad of the bunch...
By the way, I think the KPW2 will be sold for at least another year, and the Voyage (of which I think it should have been called Voyager, instead) will just be positioned above it as more expensive alternative, just like Kobo does, selling all e-readers they've released in the last three years or so.

I'm only thinking of the voyage as I love the small size and flush bezel of the 6 inch Aura and this would be a replacement with a much better screen and the page turn sensors. The software enhancements don't interest me.
As much as I love my Aura it's quite telling that I wouldn't trust my Aura on holiday as I don't trust the device not to freeze up on me. If I could only have one ereader it has to be a kindle.
