Yes, koreader uses /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf as file config for wireless linking, this file can have more than one entry, and wpa_supplicant will handle the entire association with AP.

In some cases the file is deleted by nickel and you'll need to "add a network" again. This happened often to me (I use fmon to trigger koreader) when I toggle wifi in koreader (or even before start koreader) and didn't turn it off before exit. A workaround for this situation could be use our own copy of wpa_supplicant for koreader, and turn wifi off before exit..

Actually is isn't possible to edit the file with koreader, like in the kindle
