Don't know if you're interested, but in the U.S. store I was able to use a coupon on a German (publisher) book - helene tursten/btb Verlag. But now I can't come up with workable search results from that publisher to find more...still playing around with it.

Pfffttt (at myself). Who knew publishers are clickable search links in the US?!
