There's no need to get snarky. Why take one of my sentences out of context when I was answering several of the OPs questions?
  1. Is there a good eink reader for reading medical PDFs & CHMs? Yes, the Pocketbook Pro 912
  2. Is the Kobo Aura HD suitable for reading medical PDFs? Probably not. Note I said I'd read PDFs with diagrams on the PB 912
Like the OP, I have a strong preference for eink. Some people don't. That's life.
