I know. My somewhat educated guess is that Kobo/Shortcovers did something back when the books were originally sent, but it didn't get caught. However it would take both of them to fix it. Harlequin needs to send new copies (the same files they probably sent years ago) and Kobo needs to switch them out. I know it would work because I've gotten them to fix about a half dozen that were messed up like this in the past.
