No, it will not (as answered above).
Using the uninstaller will remove our certificate.

BIG NOTE:
But using the jailbreak un-installer will not make the device legal.

Since the Amazon (a US based company) provided cryptography will still be present and such technology is still a prohibited export to 5 countries (including Iran).

Small note:
It may also be illegal in your country (Iran) to privately own cryptographic equipment - which the Kindle contains (OpenSSL is installed plus it has cryptographic hardware in the SoC).
You will have to make local government inquiries about that.
