Then moved to small town central PA (the mountains above Altoona) and that was one of the first things I noticed, how friendly everyone usually is at stores etc. Very nice! I grew up in a small town in Missouri. So I guess I have a small town mentality. I have to say when I lived in Wilmington, NC everyone was really nice. I figure it's because of the beach.
I talk to a few folks here that are nice but most just don't know what to do when you smile at them.
Hubby had his consultation yesterday and the first thing they told him was to get a new email and the second was his resume didn't have enough on it. (Can I say I told him so!) They also told him exactly what I told him. Focus on the Production work while it may not pay as much as you want as first you can move up real quick specially with a degree unlike HVAC where you would be stuck with the same pay unless you get certified training. They gave him a few job leads too on that. So he spent all yesterday redoing his resume and they are going to look at it again before he starts sending it out to places. I also set him up a new email that is more professional.
