1. You use payal
2. You don't multitab the order.

In this order:

Shop on the U.S. store, click to buy the book you want, select paypal as your payment option, change your country from U.S. to Afghanistan, relesect paypal, click continue, put in your coupon code, click checkout.

This method exploits a loophole in how the kobo website verifies which country you're shopping in. Multi-tabbing messes it up though, so don't do it.


... I assume Kobo will figure this out eventually and fix it, but it works for now.
