Kobo is pretty much my only access to purchasing ebooks because there's no Amazon and B&N in my country. Apple has geographical restriction, and Google Play is still pretty new; the prices are usually higher, too.

I agree with you - Kobo is the only ebook store that I buy from. Amazon Aus sucks big time and so I don't buy from them, and our other book stores now have Kobo links and have ceased to sell directly themselves. I don't even contemplate Apple or Google Play.
But my library has always been excellent with paper books (although is severely lacking in the ebook department), so I can go back to borrowing real books again without any problems.
Of course, that's after I've read the over 800 ebook tbr's I have.
