Do people have any suggestions? While I don't read on a tablet now, that could change, so I think I'll get Calibre Companion and one of the reading apps. Is there a consensus on the best one? And I picked up the Audubon apps already.
Otherwise, I don't play games because I'm a fogey. So, are there any neat utilties, podcasts, guides, what have you, that people can recommend? As quoted above, I can't be the only person with this problem. I know, free money, if they poofed overnight I wouldn't miss them, but I figure I might as well use them while I can.

Not sure I can suggest for you what to buy, but I'll make a suggestion on what not to buy. If you keep up on the deals forum, you might know I'm pretty heavy into audiobooks. I noticed several audiobook apps in the Amazon app store from Mobifusion which were e-book/audiobook combinations with audio from Recorded Books. Some are rather expensive, but I figured with free credits/coins this might be worth a try. It turns out these apps do not store the audiobook natively. This means that if you do not have wireless service (like me) all you can do is stream the book while you are at home. Not a total loss, but if I wanted that I'd sign up for a streaming service. I would recommend staying away from these.
