All sorted they refunded the $9.95 for Aladdin note - they admitted that they had an issue with this title in April so if you purchased it check your account to make sure it wasn't charged.
They explained that I had used my Avis credit on x,y,z book not entirely convinced about that as I thought most of those had come out of the previous buy4books credit but I'm not going to quibble over it as they placed $5 extra credit on my account due to the Aladdin mix up.
