I received an answer yesterday from a lawyer of the Swiss Copyright Office, stating unconditionally that there is indeed no additional protection for scientific or posthumous editions after the period of 70 years and that those works are in the Swiss public domain.
Harry, would the mods like to see the email exchange for further review? I could send it to Alexander, then (it’s in German).
