You need to enter your settlement ID (from their e-mail) and zip code. Then it opens up in a new window that lists the titles. Because they can't just let you look it up easily like Amazon, on a single page based on your account. They have to do things the B&N way.  |
If you instead go to the Manage My Gift Cards page (or whatever they call it), you can see the balance without all the typing and looking up.
