Wow, I have no idea why it's not working for you. And you are waiting until the first payment goes through to do the next one?
This would be convoluted but might at least get you 4 uses of the code: try opening books in each browser and adding the codes and then buying them. Maybe being in a different browser would help. Maybe not but it's worth a try maybe.
I wonder if the country makes a difference I wouldn't think so but I don't know.
