I think I rather blew through any semblance of a budget just now, when I picked up the 100-for-100 Angry Robot deal. A hundred books for a hundred GBP (unless, like me, you're in the US, where you don't owe the VAT and it's only about 83.3 GBP).

Yes, I already owned several books in the bundle...but there were lots more that I'd had my eye on and hadn't quite ticked over into purchasing. At about $141 for the pack, I break even with undiscounted Kobo prices at about the 25-book mark. If only a third of the books are interesting and new-to-me, that's still an excellent deal...and they usually have a pretty good track record.
