I know there is no selection, but just open the sigil 0.7.4 installation, and replace the sigil.exe from 0.7.2 with the sigil.exe from 0.7.4 and it works with QT 5.02 so I only need the .dll files from QT 5.2 to know if it works.
The problems with sigil started with the distribution of QT 5.1 in the package.
If I understand correctly, Ducks is saying that the Windows install package contains Qt5 libraries ( I think 5.11, maybe) that DO work on XP and Win7. So maybe it's not Qt per se. If you have several Qt5 versions installed, perhaps you need to get rid of them. (E.g. it sounds like you may have Sigil 0.7.2 and 0.7.4 installed simultaneously. Anybody know if that could cause problems?)
