I decided to try 'moving' to another country to take advantage of the various promo codes. I used a different email address and set up my profile to 'standard checkout'. I have tried UK, India, US and Mexico and made sure to use a non-agency title which I verified as eligible by requesting only eligible titles. The only country that had the promo code option was Mexico. The other three had the gift card option available but not the promo code. I've cleared cookies and tried both Firefox and IE10 (got the message that Kobo could not be loaded when I tried IE9). Any suggestions for troubleshooting?
