IIRC Baen may silently make cosmetic corrections (not quite the same as Second Editions), so the book you re-download is not byte for byte the same.

Gotta love the tems of sale at Baen.
You buy the right to download and read THE BOOK. Not a specific format. Not 'our <format>-book is available for download for the next 48 hours'
In 2009 I was buying (and reading) only EPUB. Today I read some Mobi. I can go back to my 2009 purchase and download the Mobi version. No conversion hassles (very handy if I am on Holiday)
