I admit to being a huge fanboi of my paperwhite. I wanted so badly to say no to the evil empire. The reality was the paperwhite is perfect for me. Calibre handles any issues using books from other than amazon. My mother taught me don't cut off your nose to spite your face
It should be all about what suits you best.
