It's the same for me - it used to work with IE only, and now suddenly I can't even sign in.
Funnily enough, when I found myself unable to use the Harlequin shopping basked in Firefox, the customer service proposed I use Chrome. So it's very interesting to hear you have similar problems with Chrome!
I quite liked the old site. A bit clumsy, but you got where you wanted to be. The new site is an utter mess. You'd imagine a company like Harlequin would be able to pay for an actually functioning website!
