Yep they are just kids to me. The first boy looked at my HDX and was like your help app is missing. (I had removed it from the home screen). I was like it's under apps.

So he had me... get this write the number to support with a pen and paper.
The second guy was even younger and had no idea what I was asking. I asked how do I search for music and he was like umm let me check and I ask would I click on the magnifying glass? He was like yeah I think so.

So I typed in Jingle Bells and nothing showed up so he told me I don't think you can search for music.

so I was like what about this library option what's that's for he said books. So I clicked it and there was the music results along with the books. (This was before firmware updates)
He was like oh I guess you can search for music.
Both were very American boys.
So Mayday wasn't a good experience for me.
