I've heard this happening before now with Woot but on Amazon.

My 4.2 is the U.S version. I got my through a private seller just arrived today and works great. The box it came in says Refurbished in the USA and has a certificate of authenticity.

The 4.2 is the perfect size the 5 is alot bigger, thicker and heavier. Plus is has a removable battery.
