Did you add the books directly from BN, or via Calibre, or via drag and drop?

If they were side loaded, did you put them on the device or on a card?

If you put them on the device straight from BN, you may have to do as geertm suggested. If you side loaded them, you should be able to find them.

I recently began using Calibre Companion. I had to change the directory in CC to go to where I wanted it, on my SD card, instead of the default, the device. Once I did that, it actually moved my books to the card. And while connected wirelessly to Calibre, it shows duplicates (when there are some). At that point, I can highlight all the ones that show as duplicates, right in Calibre, and choose to delete them from the device, in bulk.

In other words, I can use Calibre, on my computer, to delete the duplicates on the device, while connected wirelessly, and do it in bulk.
