Thanks for the info. I updated my post minutes before you posted. I was using version 1.9 not version 1.5 last week when the orphaned directory appeared. I had version 1.6 on the brain from answering a previous post and had a mild brain fart.

I'm not expecting any feedback from Kovid on this I was just clarifying the OPs position statement for Kovid. If it happens again I'll save the error, but until then I am treating it as a one-off error that I see from time to time because I run Dropbox.
