When I was considering returning my PW1 I chatted to an Amazon guy and he initiated return process for me even though I didn't ask for it. He knew full well I had a good item only considering returning and getting PW2 (I was within the 30 day return period then) but he did put description as "faulty". So anyway here goes: you print return label, stick it on and deliver it to your nearest UPS drop off centre. Not post office. I'm in Belgium so for NL will be the same thing. That guy said that if I don't decide to return I can just ignore the return process. Which I did in the end.

You can always chat online to someone and make sure. But from Belgium it goes back to USA, and not by post office, which is not as handy as for people who have Amazon in their countries, UK, Spain etc. If I tried to bring Amazon label on package here to Belgian post office and demand free sending they'd call a doctor.
