I have been using the Chat feature lately to report any problems/issues. No only is it more immediate interaction, but they then email you a copy of the chat. I started using chat as I never had much luck with contacting them via email.
I had one book I purchased a few sales ago that I never got the confirmation email on. But I was able to download it with no issues.
There was also one book which shows as a different title and author in ADE but the book itself is the correct book.
ETA: Sorry, I couldn't remember the title offhand. Rebecca Zanetti's
Against the Wall appears in ADE as
Private Practice by Samantha Black. But the book itself looks to be the correct book. I haven't read it yet.
