I am just happy Kobo is now offereing credit for the messed up books. When they first got bought out they were quoting that all sale are final line and wouldn't even do that. And I shop there enough I don't mind the store credit. I actually prefer that to having to use my credit card since they don't have a cart. I don't like having to track all of the single charges when I go on a book buying spree.

I don't object to the store credit as long as I don't have to keep track of it. The rest of Kobo's email said:
"When you are ready to purchase an eBook, please click the BUY NOW button and you will be taken to the secure checkout page and any Kobo store credit you have in your Kobo account will automatically apply to your purchase. "
So since they keep track, I don't mind as much. And why don't they have a cart?
