Hopefully no cat involved, lol, but a couple of the Chinese students invited me and my sister and the young couple that hosted them when they first flew in to a meal in their apartment. They have, I believe, 4 plates, 4 bowls, 2 cooking pots, a serving bowl or 2 and a rice cooker. The kitchen in this high rise student apartment is more of a nook. Both of them are more used to their mothers doing the cooking than doing it themselves. And yet they prepared this delicious meal for us: a pork dish, a chicken dish, and a beef dish. They borrowed chairs from fellow students and bummed a ride that morning to the international farmers market on the north side of town to do the shopping. I am humbled by the hospitality of these young people...
Awww It sounds like they did a wonderful job of saying thank you for all of your hospitality.

Frozen Summit Oolong with my strawberry yogurt.
