See your internist first, to make sure it isn't something medical. Next, how long since your last ophthalmology exam? Not just the eye exam to check your glasses prescription, but a full blown visual field test, dilated exam of your retina, and macula mapping to make sure you don't have something going on behind your eyeball.
But since it's seasonal, it's probably an allergy to something indoors, with ongoing mild sinus things giving you the headache.
See your internist to rule out anything medical going on in there. And to see if there is any evidence of a brain in there yet....
