You definitely want 4.3 because it adds support for fstrim to run and helps clean-up/speed-up your ssd drive.

I like it. There have been a few random reboots. I think mostly due to the Scrabble App which after I installed it EA declared it incompatible with the new Nexus 7. And they are right a lot of features plain crash, but I still use it.
