Edit: I reached the 100% of the process described above. Now out of the black screen;
and 1/ asking for the shelves makes my kobo crash . Bad, very bad.

I find that you have a wait a few minutes for the shelves to show up, when you have books on the sd card. I have over 4500 books. Are you saying that you never get to the shelves? It crashes before you can see them?
