It's no good; I'm too excited to wait for you to unwrap it - it's a nylon sock!!!
(Obviously you will need one, unnyloned, foot to act as a control foot in your great toe warming experiment, so one sock should suffice for now.
If the experiment works, I can give you the other sock at Christmas, and it saves me having to think what to get you then. )

P.S. It just occurred to me, there must be other MRers celebrating their birthdays today too. Many Happy Returns to every one of them!
