I've been able to still use Copy without a problem with Firefox 22.0, including late last night and today. But right now there's maybe only 4GB uploaded, so I can't test if the amount of storage makes the difference or not.
Did you try clearing out your cache and the cookies for the site with the problem browsers?
Edit: Maybe later today I can start uploading photos, that should be a good test once that's completed.
