Thanks for the work, I initially hit a problem though. The OK/Cancel buttons are outside the scrollable area of the dialogue and the dialogue took up the entire height of the screen (i.e. including the part normally hidden by the Task Bar). This meant that the only way to display these two items was to hide the task bar

This was what I saw at first. I then played with the Taskbar options, changed them and then changed them back and all seemed to be o.k. I'll try it out again after a full restart of Windows and see if it stays fixed or if I need to play with the Task Bar each time I re-start Calibre.
