I agree about the focus being on selling books, and while selling books is important to the future of Kobo, I think that some of the amateurish attempts at correctly programming the readers will be detrimental. One example would be sorting the library shelves by the number of books in each shelf.
It goes 1, 11,12, 2, 22, 4, 47, 49, 5 .....

Obviously they are sorting numbers alphabetically and are not the first to make this mistake. Maybe the first that have actually aired it in public in recent years without understanding that it looks a tad foolish, or maybe they really don't know any better.
