You can prevent the other files by setting a calibre preference. In the preference, go to the "Saving books to disk" page. You probably want to uncheck the "Save covers separately" and "Save metadata in OPF file" options. I recommend keeping "Update metadata in saved copies" checked, but, ave a look at the other options to see if there is anything else you want to change.
Hi I did all you said and saved to disk
Added them to the kobo mini but they didn't seen to appear
Should I have still just added the epubs, or the whole folders that it has saved after your tips?
