I clicked the debug button when it crashed this time and it showed "An unhandled win32 exception occurred in calibre.exe [1916]". It's odd that it's showing win32 because my OS is 64 bit and I downloaded the 64 bit version of calibre.

Would it help if I reset my kindle back to it's factory settings and then reloaded books? (Not sure how to reset the kindle though).

Still odd that Calibre is showing file names for various books (mostly pdf's).
