About 400 or so. Whatever your oven bakes best at. Cooking is art, not science. You'll want it to brown on top and pull away from the edges of the dish just a tad. It needs to be nice and wet in the middle, you know, stick in a knife and it comes out gooey. Otherwise, if you overbake it, you are just making fancy cornbread. Put some sort of meat on the side and it is a meal.
