Didja ever use Jiffy mix to make corn casserole? Dump a box into a greased casserole dish, dump in a container of sour cream, 2 eggs, and a can of creamed corn. Stir it up and pour a stick of melted butter over the top. Bake until it's brown. It's supposed to be soggy and undercooked in the middle. You will love it!
