The first thing to do, if you haven't already, is to put the icon for the main 'Plugin Updater' onto one of your toolbars/menus. It is the "one Plugin to rule them all". It's icon is a small green jigsaw piece

If you need to do this Prefs - Toolbar - Click to choose toolbar or menu and select one of the items in the drop-down list e.g. 'The main toolbar'.

Find the Plugin Updater icon in the left-hand list and click the right-arrow in the central column to move it to the bottom of the right-hand list, which contains a list of all the actions currently on your main toolbar. You can then highlight it and use the up/down arrows on the right to position it more carefully. Finally Apply and Close. The new icon will be on your main toolbar. This is a one-time action.

Now click on the Plugin Updater icon. By default you'll get a list (if any) of your existing plugins with an update available. If you don't have any existing plugins then choose All or Not installed from the drop-down menu and you'll get a list of available plugins. Highlight the one called 'Modify Epub' and click the Install button in the left-hand corner. Then follow the on-screen instructions.

Hope this helps

P.S. Once you've got the hang of adding new plugins, don't forget to browse some of the others on offer. There's some really useful stuff in there.
