But don't most of us edit the ePub before copying it to the Kobo?
The problem occurs if you have a book on your Kobo, delete this book using your Kobo, connect the Kobo to your computer and copy the edited version over:

Just tried that with 2.0.0 and when I did my normal procedure of deleting the book from the Kobo, connecting the KT to the computer, copying the revised edition over and disconnecting the KT, the book does not appear in the library. A power cycle or pin reset is needed before I see the Processing Content screen and the book shows up.
